Parking Barriers

Parking Technical Services provides, installs and services both the Straight (10 or 12) and the Folding Arm (3M) parking barriers for you to integrate into any automated or card access parking system to monitor your parking facilities entrance, and exit lanes.

Parking barriers provide additional security for parking lots and garages. A parking lot gate system requires the user to print a parking ticket, and remove the ticket from the printer to cause the parking barrier gate arm to raise and allow entrance.

Then in the Exit Lane, when payment has been made, it will also allow the barrier gate to open. The ticket is then closed.

An access card system can also validate credentials to parking barrier and allow entry and exit.

 

Straight Arm (10’ or 12’) or Folding Arm (3M)

This stainless steel parking barrier security gate features a direct drive motor, auto-reverse upon obstruction, and a breakaway release arm to reduce damage to the motor or gate arm in case the parking barrier arm is hit by a vehicle.

This security gate with it’s slim profile is ideal for narrow spaces. The light aluminum arm can be easily installed with no special tools required.

  • Memory vend for increased distance between payment and gate arm.

  • Include a thermostatically controlled heater (operates to – 40°F/-40°C).
